During my time as a CAD designer for Hammond Lumber, I was tasked with creating renders of our client's houses. The house models were supplied by the drafters on the team, built inside Softplan. We used a variety of programs to render the houses, including Softplan's built-in renderer, Lumion, and Unreal Engine.
Most of the assets and textures used were included in the packages themselves, or were found on online marketplaces. Care was made to ensure correct scale and material properties.

Scenes in Unreal are taking full advantage of Nanite for foliage and buildings, and Lumen for lighting. The "4 inch siding" material was created using channels baked out of Blender, and then applied using a Nanite-enabled Triplanar material that I built for easy customization with material instances.
