During my time as a CAD designer for Hammond Lumber, I was tasked with creating renders of our client's houses. The house CAD models were supplied by the drafters on the team, built inside Softplan. We used a variety of programs to render the houses, including Softplan's built-in renderer, Lumion, and the Unreal Engine.
Most of the assets and textures used were found on online marketplaces, with a few decorations being made inside Maya, Blender, and Photoshop. Care was made to ensure correct scale and material properties.

Scenes in Unreal are taking full advantage of Nanite for foliage and buildings, and Lumen for lighting. PCG was used to place flora on the landscapes. Many of the house materials were created using mapsbaked out of Blender, and then applied using a Nanite-enabled Triplanar material setup that I built for quick customization with material instances.
